You may request a refund for games and merchandise purchased through GameRealmStore. In-app and downloadable content purchases made through GameRealmStore will be refunded if the content has not been used, altered, or transferred.

Products that are NOT eligible for refund:

  • items (games, products, or services) explicitly labeled as "non-refundable";
  • items that include skins, virtual currency, or other consumables;
  • purchases made outside of our official website;
  • games or items if you have been expelled or have violated the rules of service;
  • if the product is of good quality and you are dissatisfied with it due to personal choice or if Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements.

Products and games can be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. However, the recorded gameplay time must be under two hours. Abuse of the refund policy may also result in the denial of refunds.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email. Alternatively, for eligible purchases, You may initiate a self-service refund by logging into Your account on the GameRealmStore website, selecting "Account" from the dropdown menu in the top right corner, and then navigating to the "Transactions" tab. Click the "Refund" button to initiate the return process.

Refund Process and Payment Method

Refunds for purchases will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction. However, this may only sometimes be available, depending on the payment method. GameRealmStore reserves the right to choose an alternative method to issue the refund. Please note that the refund processing time may vary based on Your payment type.

Consumer Protection

Suppose You reside in the European Union and have purchased a product from GameRealmStore. In that case, You may be entitled to cancel Your order within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase and receive a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 regulations.

Please note that during the contemplation period, Users will not be granted the ability to download and use the purchased product. GameRealmStore reserves the right to refuse a refund if such conduct is detected.

Pre-Purchases

For pre-orders made on GameRealmStore, You may cancel Your order and receive a refund before the official release date set by the publisher or developer. If You have not played the game for more than two hours after its launch, You may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of purchase but 48 (forty-eight) hours before the game's release or pre-download.

Sales Price Adjustments

If a recently purchased product goes on sale, You may return Your purchase for a full refund and repurchase the item immediately if you adhere to the rules outlined in this Policy. We do not consider this practice as refund abuse.
