Legislative Basis

You agree that the laws of the Bulgaria  will govern the Terms and that they will be interpreted in accordance with those laws, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. 

Dispute Handling

The only proper and appropriate authority and venue for any disputes arising out of or related to the Terms shall be the Bulgaria  authorized courts. You agree that you have one year from the allegation date to file a lawsuit.

"Geo Milev" 116B, 1574 Sofia, Bulgaria ("GameRealmStore," "we," "us," or "our"), provides access codes to digital content via the Website located at https://gamerealmstore.com ("Website"). On this page, users may find out more about the various digital game Content, including how to obtain verified and legitimate Codes. We only provide keys to users so they may unlock, access, and download content through the developer's platform; we don't create any of the content ourselves. All keys are bought from unaffiliated sources. On developer platforms, additional licensing agreements and Terms might be in force. User Responsibilities

Access Terms

GameRealmStore enables its customers to receive the Codes that provide them access to download and utilize third-party content and learn about the main characteristics of the relevant product, as well as any movies or pictures that explain or advertise it. 

In order to access the third-party material, you must acquire a Code. When you do, you will receive a post-purchase email, and the Code will then become active in your account. By entering the Code on the third-party Website, you can obtain the ordered content. The moment the Code is accepted and verified, it is considered to have been used. 

GameRealmStore will not be held responsible if the Website's developer blocks your access or deletes your account. If the developer has provided the Code and you are unable to access the applicable content, we are not obligated to pay you back for the cost of the Code. 

Even though we try our best to prevent disruptions outside of our control, we cannot totally rule them out. We will try to minimize your losses and, if possible, notify you when you can access the content. We have no control over any potential issues with the third-party platforms' content. If such a situation occurs and causes a significant delay, you may terminate your Agreement with us after telling us and receive a full refund for the Code you have not yet received. 

Since we only allow you to obtain access codes for the relevant content, we don't make any modifications to or offer updates to the content. Any changes they provide are governed by a licensing agreement with the Content owner. For a price, the developer may provide you with new updates and versions of the content.

Order Terms

Please thoroughly examine your order once more before placing it with GameRealmStore. Your order confirmation will be sent to you via email. We may let you know if we deny an order if certain conditions are met. One or more of the following elements could be to blame: 

– the requested content is no longer accessible, or the desired content's Code is no longer available; 

– the Code price or description contains a typo; 

– the payment operation was not approved; 

– we are not permitted to offer you the Code for valid reasons. 

GameRealmStore is on the lookout for shady activity. If we notice anything odd about the account or the order, we have the right to refuse, cancel, or ban the order as well as terminate the account. This can happen at any time during the transaction, even if the order has already been validated. Agreement Termination by User

The contract may be ended under specific conditions with the possibility of a refund:

– after being informed of the modifications to these Terms, you do not wish to accept them; 

– you have found out that the pricing or the content accessed with the Code is incorrect and do not wish to receive the Code; 

– there is a chance that the Code will be provided with a long delay; 

– the Code was rendered inoperable for two full days because of technical malfunction, or you received notice that the Code's validity had been suspended for similar reasons. 

– Within 14 days after receiving the order confirmation email, you have the opportunity to refund your order if you decide against using the Code. 

Please be aware that bought and redeemed Codes cannot be returned for compensation. 

To be eligible for termination, the User must explicitly inform us that they intend to end their Agreement with us. When we receive a relevant request, we shall use the channels of communication at our disposal to send you a confirmation of receipt. 

For example, the User is allowed by these Terms to ask for a refund if they have a legitimate desire to receive compensation for an unused code, and they communicate that desire within two weeks of the purchase. If so, they will be compensated for the cost of the Code within 14 days of telling us they want to ask for a discount or a refund. The refund is sent using the User's selected payment method.

Agreement Termination by GameRealmStore

This Agreement may be terminated at any moment by sending you an email informing you of the change. You agree that no court order is necessary for any of us to terminate this Agreement in accordance with its provisions. The following situations could result in such a termination: 

– GameRealmStore registered a violation of any clause in these Terms;

– GameRealmStore is unable to receive a payment upon sending a confirmation email. 

You still have to pay us any sums owed under this Agreement even if we terminate it. Your account with GameRealmStore, your access, and your right to use the Code are all subject to termination without prior notice to you. Any Terms provision must survive the termination of the contract in order to continue to be in effect.

Codes and Content

You have the right to receive codes of acceptable quality and with the appropriate justifications. We do our best to deliver the Codes free of mistakes and potentially harmful content, but we can't guarantee that it will function with your particular device setup. 

Upon acquiring the Code, the pertinent content must be accessed in accordance with these Terms. Users do not have any ownership rights over the content, but the developer does allow them to use it in accordance with the applicable EULA. Other rights, excluding ownership of the downloaded content, that are not expressly granted to the User in these Terms may also apply. 

Users will receive their codes in up to 5 hours.

You are responsible for adhering to local laws because the purchased Code is only meant for personal, non-commercial use. The User is prohibited from changing the content, obtaining its components, sharing it with others for their financial gain, and changing or erasing any markings that reveal the owner of the content.

Code Purchase Terms

Please check any Codes you've purchased from GameRealmStore when they're available, and if you find any mistakes, please let us know right away. We may amend the Code or provide compensation, depending on the situation. 

The Code is intended for a certain game in its particular version and is disposable by design. Users are in charge of carrying out any necessary upgrades, using the content in accordance with developer recommendations, and following the rules. Users agree to let us take the necessary steps to identify the cause of the Code fault and decide whether it is related to us.

Abdication of Liability

We disavow any responsibility for any unanticipated loss or damage to Users. If we break these Terms and don't take the necessary safeguards, we'll be held accountable. Any damage originating from improper installation on your part, disobedience of instructions, or other errors that could have been prevented with the correct procedure are not our responsibility.

Miscellaneous

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to other entities. 

These Terms are divisible under the laws of any country. The remaining provisions will remain in full force even if some sections or portions are found to be illegal by any applicable body. We reserve the right to delay taking action in response to a breach of the Terms, and subsequent action may be taken. 

Please be advised that none of the rights or remedies indicated in these Terms limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
